Present in 9 markets, ADA aspired to become a “data and AI” company and generate value from its data assets and data management platform. We created Business Insights, a new business line that addressed industry needs with a series of consumer insight products based on ADA’s 400-million consumer database. The work included product development, market creation and business development, practice building, and HR/ Marketing/ Finance management. Our team worked with a prominent Malaysian mobile operator to revolutionize their data accessibility and self-service capabilities. We provided strategic guidance to their Chief Strategy Office on establishing their Data Science capabilities, including capability selection, large-scale vendor and system integrator negotiation, and upgrading their data governance. As a result, the company successfully implemented a cutting-edge data lake, allowing business users to access data from across the organization. One of the largest palm oil plantation companies in the world wanted to embark on the third agricultural revolution using digital, reduce costs, and maximise revenue. Together, we co- developed an agritech solution to increase yields and cost efficiencies and allow physical and financial tracing of the oil. An Australian telco wholesaler struggled with inaccurate, unreliable and disparate sources of enterprise data, which significantly impacted the organisation’s internal and external operations. We supported the newly appointed Chief Data Office in launching its function: establishing data governance and data portfolio management for the entire organisation, with IT as an internal supplier. Our team partnered with a new hybrid tertiary education provider facing low completion rates that threatened their revenues. We helped them define performance metrics and develop a pioneering cloud AI solution to identify performance drivers. By integrating this solution with their sales support platforms, the provider could predict performance at enrollment time. This enabled them to restructure sales channels, decrease dependence on costly agencies, and launch additional initiatives using the AI capability.
